Return Policy for In-Store Purchases Please choose carefully, we have a strict no-refund policy for change of mind. Items may be returned within 7 days from purchase for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for a return. The difference must be paid in full for items exchanged for a higher value. The remaining balance for items exchanged for lesser value will be transferred for store credit, valid for 12 months. Gift Voucher Policy Cam & Co gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cam & Co gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. It is up to the voucher holder to redeem the full value of this gift voucher before it expires. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Treat the Cam & Co voucher like cash, any lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded & Cam & Co accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of vouchers. Returning In-Store Purchases All products in original condition can be returned for an exchange of another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase, proof of purchase must be provided. Photo identification may be requested and recorded in some circumstances. All merchandise will be assessed by our staff and the customer before the point of purchase. Cam & Co does not provide refunds for any pre-orders, all pre-orders are treated as in-store sales. Return Policy for Online Purchases If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another product, request a store credit, or a refund if: you can provide its proof of purchase, it is unworn and in its original condition and you make the return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns for in-store purchases. Faulty Returns Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. Faulty merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer’s assessment. Return and exchange can only be made on one occasion. If an item is deemed faulty, you may request an exchange for another item, or store credit. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
