Refund Policy

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases Please choose your items carefully, as we adhere to a strict no-refund policy for change of mind. We do, however, allow returns within 7 days of purchase for exchanges or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition. If you exchange for a higher-value item, you'll need to cover the price difference. For items exchanged for lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months. Gift Voucher Policy Our Cam & Co gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. They expire 12 months from the date of issue, and it's the responsibility of the voucher holder to utilize the full value before the expiry date. Unfortunately, any unused balance upon expiration will not be refunded or credited. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, and Cam & Co is not liable for their loss, theft, or damage. Returning In-Store Purchases All original, unworn products can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. In some cases, we may request and record photo identification. Please note that we do not offer refunds for pre-orders; they are treated as standard in-store sales. Return Policy for Online Purchases If you change your mind about a product for online purchases, you may request an exchange, store credit, or a refund if the following conditions are met: you can provide proof of purchase, the item is unworn and in its original condition, and the return is made within 7 days of delivery. It's important to mention that we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns for in-store purchases. Faulty Returns We accept returns for faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. Faulty items will undergo a manufacturer's assessment, and a return or exchange can be made once. If an item is found to be faulty, you can request an exchange or store credit. This policy does not affect or replace your rights under applicable law. Sale Items For sale products, Cam & Co does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
